ABOUT

“Even today, there is nowhere on earth where women have achieved true equality” - Melinda Gates. Gender equality is one of the world’s most pressing problems. Women have been relegated to the margins, denied an equal chance to learn, lead, earn, and thrive but this needs to change. It is our hope that this lunchtime conversation will ignite our sense of urgency, around gender equality. We will discuss how one can use CQ as a lens to tackle this critical issue.

This session will not be a women’s only event.

Objectives:

·        Develop a better understanding of the challenges women in ascending roles face locally and globally.

·        Gain new and diverse insights (through unlearning and re-learning, exchange views and networking opportunity).

·        Become astute in recognising the patterns of gender bias that women face at work and how they can navigate them.

·        How to become an advocate for change at home, in the workplace and in society through advocacy and daring to lead.

Event Ticket Price includes:

  • Facilitated Discussion.
  • Conference package including venue hire, notepads and pens, tea, coffee and breakfast.
