ABOUT

You know how we continue to complain about the perpetual underrepresentation of women in Corporate. Part of that phenomenon comes from how corporate treats women. We have women that feel they have arrived, only to experience a cold, non-receptive, sometimes even toxic environment that disable them. This almost invariably result in their exit.

This program is designed to support women in the workplace, especially senior executives to navigate this kind of environment, eventually stemming the high turnover of this valuable resource in corporate spaces.
