The EmpowHER Development Series which consists of a 3-part LIVE series aimed at building communities and creating access to networks for Entrepreneurs is set to take place in Cape Town, KZN and North West along with a virtual 2-part skills and training masterclass series.

Reaching out to entrepreneurial women across the country who can look forward to hearing first-hand from successful Top Women Award winners and Entrepreneurs. The Standard Bank Top Women EmpowHER series seeks to equip women entrepreneurs with the skills to build successful enterprises that drive South Africa’s economic development. This series offers women entrepreneurs an opportunity to up-skill themselves with access to knowledgeable and experienced mentors.

10 pre-selected entrepreneurs will pitch their promising business models to a well rounded panel of high level Thought Leaders and Business Experts in the form of a 3-minute elevator pitch followed by an interactive 5-minute Q&A where participants will receive feedback on how to successfully grow their businesses into market leaders.

The winners from all 3 regions will be entered into the 20th annual Standard Bank Top Women Awards which will be taking place in November 2023 in Johannesburg and 1 Winner will walk home with the trophy and a R50 000 Cash Prize.

Central to the regional Conferences will be the 1 - hour Fast Track networking sessions, in which the entrepreneurial need for networking opportunities will be fully met. Participants will build up new meaningful personal networks, generate business interest or partnerships and gain even more business-building knowledge by sharing challenges, insights, and tips with other up-and-coming entrepreneurs.
