First-of-its-kind Business with Altitude Summit to take place in Meyersdal,

Johannesburg, South Africa: Global business strategist and Managing Director of Amplify Business Coaching and Consulting, Odette de Beer, will host Johannesburg's first ever 3-day Business with Altitude Summit at the Meyersdal Eco Estate, Johannesburg, held on the 9th, 10th and 11th of May 2023. 

The Summit touts the theme, "Customer Experience: Your competitive Advantage", to impart practical strategies for business growth and to improve Customer Experience to individuals and businesses with the ultimate goal of increasing profitability.

The must-attend event hosts four experts to cover Business Strategy, Customer Experience, Leadership, Branding and Technology for SMEs (start-ups, solopreneurs, micro-businesses, entrepreneurs and small businesses).

The first day will be a deep dive into the foundations of strategic alignment as well as the current performance of the business to create direction for the next decade and then link it back to not only this year's goals but each action taken in the business daily. This will not be your average strategy session; the session is designed to help the business identify what actions are necessary to achieve the ultimate goals. By crafting and implementing these strategies, the business will know exactly what actions need to be taken to achieve results. It's about connecting the dots at the granular level. No more guessing.

We will explore customer experience as a competitive advantage and business imperative on the second day. We'll go over customer experience at its core and real-life case studies. We'll establish a common understanding of customer experience and how to use it to create a competitive advantage (aka secret weapon). The afternoon will be filled with leadership insights from Christo Pretorius, who will talk about how to lead your team from one stage of success to another since leadership skills will change as the organisation grows. After that, we'll hear from Microsoft vCTO Matthew McEnroe, who will discuss common mistakes SMEs make when it comes to technology and how technology can be used to drive growth exponentially.

The third day will be dedicated to the practicalities of customer experience without a big CX team. The session will focus on helping SMEs create a unique customer experience that wows their customers. 

Janine Do Cabo, branding expert and author of In10tional, will share the secret to creating a magnetic brand that supports exponential growth.

Sessions will go beyond slide decks; they will be practical and fun.

Since creating win-win-win solutions requires collaborative partnerships, the summit will close off with networking.

Odette will be flying in from Australia for this event. She has a diverse background with over 18 years of global experience in leadership and business domains. She has identified an absence of Strategic and customer-focused events in Johannesburg of this calibre.
