ABOUT
Why attend?
Ackermans Parent & Child Sleep Workshop in association with Good Night and Kath Megaw
Will I ever sleep again?
New baby keeping you up at night?
Is co-sleeping with a baby safe?
Should I let my baby sleep with a bottle or dummy?
Is it okay to have sex while baby is in the room?
How does screen time affect my child's sleep?
I'm so forgetful - could a lack of sleep be to blame?
The Ackermans Parent & Child Sleep Workshop in association with Good Night and Kath Megaw, brought to you by BabyYumYum.co.za, will address more than just problems related to night time sleep. The day will also feature expert speakers addressing topics like the science behind sleep, how a child’s physical and emotional development affects sleep, the role of nutrition and environment, and how routines impact a child’s ability to sleep through the night.
If you want to sleep better - or get your baby, toddler or child to sleep through the night - this one-day virtual workshop will equip you with the information and skills you need to make that happen in a HEALTHY, INFORMED and PRACTICAL way.
SPEAKERS
Jolandi Becker
Published at: 7-12-2022 12:19Jolandi’s journey with Good Night started with her being a client. The baby-mom-sleep-struggle ignited her passion for sleep and her purpose became clear. After joining Good Night as a consultant in 2014, her passion grew with each family she assisted. Now, Jolandi’s helped hundreds of families, and she believes sleep is the fundamental building block of healthy living. She considers the education around better sleep as a passion rather than a job.
In 2016 she joined the management team and a year later she became joint owner. With each role she’s taken on, she’s felt the difference she was making to assist families during their own struggles. She continues to feel the passion as for her, Good Night is an extension of who she is.
