ABOUT
QuayWake youth ballet presents A Midsummer Night's Dream, a ballet in three acts.
A comic fantasy written by William Shakespeare, involving four lovers who find themselves bewitched by fairies in a sly reckoning with love, jealousy and marriage.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The following items are strictly prohibited: photographic, filming or any other recording equipment, alcoholic beverages, drugs, weapons or any other dangerous objects. Admission will be denied to anyone with such equipment or objects.
2. Customers who arrive late at an Event shall be admitted at suitable moments during the Show.
3. Before purchasing Tickets, the Customer must ensure that the Tickets issued are for the correct show /event. Tickets may not be exchanged or refunded after they have been purchased.
4. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check whether an Event has been cancelled or rescheduled and to ascertain the new time or location. Although Kissimmee en Point and QuayWake shall undertake efforts to inform the Customer of a cancellation, Kissimmee en Point and QuayWake cannot guarantee that the Customer shall be informed of the cancellation prior to the date of the Event. Kissimmee en Point and QuayWake shall not be responsible for any costs incurred in this regard. If and when an event is rescheduled, any Tickets sold will not qualify for a refund.
5. The Customer may not forge or make copies of Tickets, or reproduce them in any way whatsoever.
6. Without prejudice to its other rights, Kissimmee en Point and QuayWake has the right in the case of force majeure, at its own discretion, to suspend performance of the Customer’s order or to terminate the Contract, by informing the Customer of such action without Kissimmee en Point and QuayWake being obliged to pay any compensation in whole or in part.
7. The Customer agrees to indemnify and save Kissimmee en Point, QuayWake and their agents, employees and directors harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, loss, expenses, suits, damages, judgments, demands, and costs (including legal fees and expenses) arising out of (i) the acts or omissions of Kissimmee en Point, QuayWake and their agents, employees and directors; or (ii) any accident, injury or death to persons, or loss of or damage to property, or fines and penalties which may result, in whole or in part.
