ABOUT
Grit, Grow and Glow was created by a team of Professional enthusiasts who are passionate about the development and empowerment of young women aged 13 - 18 years.
The workshop will be hosted in the Life retreat studio on the Spectacular Lourensford wine farm.
This half day workshop is aimed at the physical, emotional, spiritual and mental wellness through topics to education and empower.
We are very aware that teenagers are with faced with a huge number of daily pressures, choices & challenges and need equipping!
We feel encouraged to take up this calling by giving your Teen all the empowerment and equipping they can get!
Our team is very well trained and there will be facilitators on board to help out on the day. We've selectively chosen each topic to support your Teen navigate through these challenges. In turn, helping them find their confidence, power and build their Inner voice.
Speakers include:
Grizelda Grootboom
International speaker, Author of the book "Exit" and a Human Trafficking Survivor.
Sharing her story of Hope and with mindful choices in building a positive self-image
Eduan Van Graan
4th degree brown belt under Roberto Atalia & 6th defree Black belt
He'll be equipping and empowering your Teen with an interactive lesson in self-defense and safety
Celeste Duthie
Montessori Teacher & Mental Health wellness Ambassodor
She will be giving your Teens Top Tips when it comes to the negative and positive aspects to
social media and maintaining Healthy mental health
Minette Willard
NuSkin ambassador and Pilates teacher
She will be giving your Teens advice & tips when it comes to beauty & skincare of NuSkin products
Finishing off the workshop in the BEAUTIFUL garden with mindfulness and a wonderful interactive Pilates demonstration
