ABOUT

As business owners, entrepreneurs and women, we wear many different hats and have many responsibilities.

When we have a massive to-do list and limited time, you might find yourself feeling stressed and overwhelmed.

What if we told you that by Meditating for  just 10 -15 min a day, you could:

  • Build skills to manage your stress
  • Increase self-awareness and become more present
  • Reduce negative emotions
  • Increase your patience and tolerance
  • Lower your  heart rate
  • Lower your blood pressure
  • Improve your sleep quality

Breathwork and Meditation are powerful (and proven) tools that can change your life.

That’s why we decided to host an online workshop this month to share some insights and do a relaxing and restorative meditation session.

Our expert this month is Kathleen Booyse  (Yoga and meditation teacher) will be sharing:

  • Some of the proven benefits of breathwork and meditation
  • Different types of meditation
  • How to incorporate a daily practice to experience lasting benefits
  • Some common misconceptions and answering any questions you might have

This will be followed by a 20 min meditation session that will help you to reduce stress and refocus your mind to get you ready for 2023.
