ABOUT
Our most favourite season of the year has finally arrived #summer. The finale of all teen shows for 2022 is here, we are thrilled to announce that we have relocated to the Black River Park Sports Complex located within The Hartleyvale Stadium Precinct (Fir Street, Observatory) to create the most memorable Outdoor Music Festival.
Taking place on Friday 30 December we're embarking on a quest to bring you a show like never before, International Acts, 15 of Cape Town's finest DJ's, a Mega outdoor stage, a 4000 square metre Entertainment Footprint, Multiple Dance Floors, Entertainment sections and so much more. Restricted to under18's we are creating a safe and harmonious experience for all attendees.

If you have previously bought tickets with the venue name "Heritage Square" please be advised that the event has been moved to the Hartleyvale Stadium Precinct (Black River Park Sports Complex), Fir Street, Observatory. Tickets reflecting the Heritage Square venue may be used to gain entry.

#VIP benefits include an additional area, dance zones, outdoor areas overlooking the main stage, desserts cafe lounge. (VIP Tickets grant access to the General Access Areas however General Access ticket holders will not be granted access into the VIP areas
Our tickets are released in various pricing phases (Phases 1 - 3), the only difference between the phases is the discounted level you obtain when buying it. We encourage everyone to buy their tickets sooner than later to take advantage of today's ticket specials.

We're creating a food village inclusive of all your favourite meals (Halal food will be available) Non-alcoholic beverages, desserts, Boba Tea and Ice cream will be on sale.
We've recently moved our location from Heritage Square in Cape Town CBD to Hartleyvale Stadium Precinct, Black River Park Sports Ground, Fir Street, Observatory.
Multi-use open green fields in a safe and secure precinct, Black River Park Sports Field/Complex lends itself to being the ideal location. Nestled between the City and Southern Suburbs, this venue will be converted in a multitude of entertainment spaces for all attendees, plush green grass to wonder around on, a plethora of food vendors, fire dancers and so much more to keep you entertained. This time round we have released a parents lounge within the venue that's separated from the teens entertainment spaces.
Drop off / pick up zones is located at the venue.
No Over 18’s, No Under 13’s, No smoking, No alcohol, No drugs, No contraband, No dangerous or sharp objects allowed. Any persons contravening our admission policies will be denied access and forfeit their ticket. Please ensure that your parents / guardian has granted consent for you to attend this under18 event. Parents may purchase tickets for the parents lounge, teens may enter the parents lounge whereas parents will not be granted access to the teens entertainment zones.

We pride ourselves in being different and working hard to make your kids’ night safe, memorable and fun. Our hands-on team are designed to provide you with the very best music entertainment, safety and security features. For the first time we are creating a parents lounge located within the venue space (please be advised that teens may enter the parents lounge, however parents will not gain access into the entertainment space provided for all teens). Parents Lounge access tickets are available for sale.
In conjunction with the City of Cape Town, SAPS, Traffic Police, Fire & Rescue. We pride ourselves on safety, security and a full entertainment experience. Restricted to under18's we have rules that governs our youth festivals, no negative attitudes, no racism, no hate speech, no profanity, no indecent or discriminatory behavior, no disrespect. Full medical and security teams will be deployed.
We strive to maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at our events. Our code of conduct requires all attendees to respect each other. We do not condone disrespect or any form of oppression over others. Any person caught behaving in a negative manner will be required to call their parents to escort them off the event site.

VENUE UPGRADE ANNOUNCEMENT:
Thank you to the City of Cape Town and various City departments we are pleased to announce that we have officially moved Summer Fest 2022 to the Hartleyvale Stadium Precinct, Black River Park Sports Complex, Fir Street, Observatory. Our venue is located 7min away from our previously advertised venue "Heritage Square".
Our newly announced beautiful playground is the ideal location for an unforgettable experience. Bordering the outskirts of the City Centre / CBD and boasting over 22,000 square meters of plush greens complemented by an incredible setup and ultra secure location (Directly Opposite the Riverclub)
Wave Goodbye to 2022 in the most memorable of settings.
If you have a ticket that has the previous "Heritage Square Venue" on it, please be advised that it will grant you entry to the updated venue.

Alcohol / Cigarettes / Tobacco / Vapes / Animals / Inflatables / Drinks / Food / Canned items / Umbrellas / Amplified sound equipment / Offensive items / Sharp or Dangerous objects will not be allowed onto the premises. Smoking of any kind will not be allowed including vapes (Smoking products are not allowed)
Please ensure your parents or a lift club has been notified well in advance to collect you no later than midnight as that is the time the event will end.
Teen may not exit and re-enter unless arranged with a parent and an event official.
13 - 18 years of age (if you have turned 18 or turning 18 in 2022 access will be granted, however if you are turning 19 in 2022 access will be denied). We have extremely strict age restrictions so please respect the rules.
Our ticket access policy allows for parents/friends to purchase tickets in their name and pass the ticket over to another person (we record access via the QR code and not the name of the ticket holder)
