ABOUT

We invite you to the first of its kind all in one experience with Paul Senyol. Get some tips and tricks on how to live yourself in art stenciling and then see local street art through his eyes on a guided walkabout tour.

PAUL is an abstract painter who reflects the details of everyday life, paired down to an empathy with colour, line and form. His work is a crafted response to his wonderings through various spaces.

His first solo exhibition, launching in May 2023, called ‘Of Place & Time: The Paintings of Paul Senyol’ dives into his work between 2019 and 2022. The works are autobiographical in inception but these autobiographical events are obscured by Senyol’s painting process such that the task of archaeology returns to us in how we receive these visual maps. Memory and narrative are hinted at in titles and graphic orientations in the same way that a flaneur can read the banality of the street, where car tire imprints on a curb and broken glass shards suggest the criminal or blundering.’

EXPERIEBCE: Includes 2 hour Stencil workshop, finger food and an 1 hour Street art walkabout tour.
