50 Shades of Mental Health

Mon Aug 15, 18:00 - Mon Aug 15, 20:00

Neighbourgood Cape Quarter Workspace

ABOUT

It's no secret that Mental Health issues have become more apparent in the last two years since the onset of the global pandemic, yet they've been around forever. In a world where everything that matters most to us is digital, it's often easy to live being constantly looked at by how many likes and followers you have, what your Job title says on LinkedIn, and what society says you need to have to be looked at as "successful".

Host Martinique Ferreira will guide us through conversations where we analyze how to detach ourselves from the labels society puts on us, in order to protect our mental health. We'll also be looking at other effective ways in which you can promote better mental health for ourselves and for our friends as well.
