ROOMS ARE SOLD OUT - PLEASE CLICK ON WAITLIST

Tickets are a R1000 deposit per room to secure your booking. You will be able to choose the type of room and the people per room, as well as provide details such as dietary preferences, room configuration and which race you are running. Your booking will be compiled based on your choices, and invoice emailed to you to confirm and settle prior to balance being required.

We have managed to keep price increases from 2022 between 3.7% and 5%, well below inflation.

PRICING:

Tickets are a R1000 deposit to secure your room - you will be sent a total invoice based on the information that you complete in the questions under tickets you purchase.

R750.00 per child under 12 for 4 nights (R187.50 per extra night) {maximum 2 children under 12}

7 night International package in a Mountain View over Golf Course

R35 000 (approx ~ $2000) per room for 2 people sharing for 7 nights

Above price include:

• 7 nights accommodation with Dinner, bed & breakfast daily (except on Saturday night)
• 2 Recce Runs on Tuesday & Wednesday
• Celebration Dinner on Sunday night
• Return Transfers* from King Shaka International Airport to Premier Sani Pass Hotel

*price may vary depending on increases in fuel price & price will vary if less than 6 international entrants book the package.

There is no tent village or camping facilities available at Sani Pass Hotel. Sani Lodge Backpackers, 1km from the hotel, is the closest camping facility.

Secure your room:

You will need to click tickets then click on any square which should zoom in the layout. Then move your mouse over the rooms & click on the room that you want on the hotel layout.

Click on + to make it one and then click on check out. Should you require more than 1 room, repeat the process before clicking on checkout. 

You will need to then answer all questions before making payment as you will be invoiced for your total accommodation according to the information you supply to these questions.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

A R1 000 deposit secures your booking. 

In mid-January 2023, you will receive an invoice reflecting your booking, your deposit paid and your balance amount outstanding.

Final balance is due before 24th February 2023.

You can amend the details of your booking, such as meal preferences and King or Twin set up - but not the room you have booked. Please email [email protected] with your change requirements.

Should you wish to cancel before the 24th February 2023, you need to email [email protected] .

An admin cancellation fee of R500 will apply up to 24th February 2023.

Bookings not fully settled by 24th February 2023, and not cancelled in writing to [email protected] before 24th February 2023, will lose the booking and forfeit the R1000 deposit.

From 25th February 2023 to 26th March 2023 a 50% of total booking cancellation fee will apply.

From 25th February 2023 to 26th March 2023 a R500 admin fee will be charged for any changes to accommodation bookings.

From 27th March 2023 a R1 000 admin fee will be charged for any changes to accommodation bookings.

From 1 April no refunds will be offered, and a R1 000 admin fee will be charged for any changes to accommodation bookings.

From 15 March 2023 to 21st April 2023 a 20% cancellation fee applies to injury induced cancellations, if supported by a note from your medical practitioner.
