WHAT YOU NEED

• A smartphone OR a computer
• And a speaker or headset (high quality preferable)
• Space in your lounge or bedroom to Mooooove

HOW TO JOIN

• Please download the free video app ZOOM (www.zoom.us). It's available in all app stores and for desktop on their website.
• The link sent to you after ticket purchase will open the ZOOM app automatically once you have it installed. Alternatively just enter the Meeting ID manually.
• We will be live at 2pm SAST.
• For the session, we recommend to have either a wireless headset OR speakers. Your mic will be muted, so no worries of audio feedbacks.
• Also, please try to use earphones just for the sharing circle, to keep audio clean and avoid feedback loops when using speakers.
