2022 is the year of overcoming obstacles join us this South Africa National Beer Day with a fun new workout experience. We have teamed up with our friends from Winelands Obstacle Worx and Ultimate Performance Therapy to offer a fun OBSTACLE training session, a Stellies beer and a massage!
OBSTACLE training session with OCR trainer Jan De Beer suitable for all ages and appropriate for all fitness levels. Beers provided by Stellenbosch Brewing Co. (Stellies Beer) and massages by Ultimate Performance Therapy.
