Come support the Protect The West Coast movement and challenge yourself in a guided Ice Bath Immersion experience. The Ice Bath Challenge event is going to take place after a fun-filled morning of yoga and a beach clean-up event at Sentinel Ocean Alliance. Participants taking part in the challenge will be guided through an informative breathwork lesson prior to jumping in the ice tubs so that everyone can make the most of the experience and push their beliefs on personal capabilities through the power of mental strength and conscious breathwork. The breathing techniques you will learn are designed to help you master your body's stress response, maximize your energy levels, and create a sense of calm in moments of chaos. Come join us in the Ice Bath Challenge and learn valuable life lessons from the ice, all the while helping create a sustainable future for South Africa's beautiful west coast.
