ABOUT

Braai, picnic, swim, visit the farm animals, or just laze in the tranquil atmosphere of this miniature farm.

Bring a braai grid and food, but leave your pets and alcohol at home. Gazebos and tents are welcome but only breathable groundsheets. The park is wheelchair-friendly and there is one accessible toilet just inside the entrance to the main ladies ablution.

Operating times to be announced on the day. A minimum of 40 band sales is required to start up the slide.

NOTE: Tickets guarantee admittance into the park (subject to compliance with the conditions of entry). However, if there is a morning traffic queue,. ticket-holders MUST remain in queue order to avoid unnecessary delays and congestion.

TICKET PURCHASE POLICY

Unused tickets are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your ticket/s to someone else by latest 12 pm on the day by logging into your Quicket account, using the same email address you used to purchase the tickets. CANCELLATIONS

If you or any of the members of your group are unable to come on the ticket date, the Farmyard will arrange ticket transfer to another available date with the same value IF NOTIFIED BY EMAIL BEFORE 7 AM on the date of your tickets.

Alternatively, we will refund 85% of the ticket entry fee if cancelled more than 7 days prior to the date; 75% if cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the date; and 50% if cancelled before 12 pm on the ticket date. All changes of dates and cancellations must be done by emailing [email protected].

If it becomes necessary to close the park for any reason, you will be notified by email and Quicket organisers will give you the option to either transfer your tickets to a future date or request a full refund.
