Are you signed up for the K-Way Sky Run this year or is it at the top of your bucket list? Then join us an evening of input from the pros where we'll discuss the Self-Navigation and Self-Supported nature of the event and what that means for you, the adventure athlete. We'll cover gear, routes, nutrition and comfort and make sure that you know everything you need to know in order to gear up and get out on those mountains!
