Diamond Women Africa is excited to announce the launch of the Diamond Women Africa Annual Conference for the year 2021. The event titled ‘Dream It Possible’ is set to take place on the 4th of December 2021 at Indaba Hotel, Fourways in Johannesburg from 2pm-6pm. Guests will include leading women executives, mid-junior level managers, entrepreneurs, philanthropists and most importantly women aspiring to be leaders.


The agenda for the Conference will focus on encouraging women to pursue their dreams and to do so with a level of Purpose, Authenticity and Resilience especially in the current context where the unemployment rate in South Africa is affecting mostly the youth (our target audience being women aged 25-34yrs). This is a clear reflection that more needs to be done to help young people in this instance, women; to find ways to build sustainable businesses.


Our Panel Discussion will follow the story telling theme; which is a pivotal part of how we inspire and empower women. We have a comprehensive line up of guest speakers which will include an array of phenomenal African industry leaders who are well-versed in areas such as academia, entrepreneurship, gender advocacy, leadership and philanthropy. Celebrating African Diamond Women is what we do best and that is how we will close of the program for the day with a Fashion Show where nominated designers will showcase their Diamond designs and highlights of nominated Diamond Community leaders who nurture the girl child.


This is a Conference packed with wisdom, knowledge and beautiful stories to take away so Women can be reminded that their Dreams are indeed Possible.
