• How to complete Tenders and RFQs online

• Tips to improve your success rate

• Practical activities and role-play

• Platforms will include but not limited to City of Cape Town, CSD, IPS (integrated procurement system), SCNET (supply chain network), Municipal networks National.


All delegates must demonstrate an understanding of the outcomes above and must have completed tenders and RFQs on all the platforms. One on one Zoom/Skype sessions can be schedule to monitor and advise delegates while completing an actual tender/RFQ.

Documents required: (please scan/PDF all document)

• Letter of authorization from director giving authorization to sign and complete tenders on behalf of the company signed by directors.(on company letterhead)

• Certified copies of IDs (CLEAR COPY)

• CSD Registration report

• Sars Tax Clearance certificate

• Sars PIN

• Proof of address

• BEE certificate or sworn Affidavit

• Signed bank signatory letter (NB This is different to the bank account verification letter)

• Bank account confirmation letter

• Proof of company registration CIPC (Pty docs with Directors Names)

Some Additional documents required: CVs of key staff, Business profile, written references, samples of work completed.
