Clinic Day: Psychological Sessions for Low Income

CLINIC DAY!

PSYCHOLOGICAL CONSULTATION FOR LOW INCOME

I am excited to announce the launch of Clinic Day (for psychological consultation only). Clinic Day will take place once a month for those in low income brackets (earning R10 000 or less per month). On Clinic Day, sessions will only cost R80 for 30 minutes to 40 minutes. Please book to avoid disappointment!

Only 7 patients can be accommodated per Clinic Day – first come first serve. There is also a waiting list, which means that you can go on the waiting list if there is no space for you in this month.

IMPORTANT: Clinic Day is a busy day and it is important to stick to your time slot! Please let me know if you cannot make your session so that someone else can be helped in your place. *Please note that if you miss your session twice, you will be moved to the bottom of the waiting list.

Make your booking:

Please WhatsApp (071 473 0839) or email ([email protected]) me with “I want to sign up for Clinic Day”.  You will receive the full address and your time slot. Please indicate if you want an online session. You will also receive the intake form and an information leaflet. Please complete these before your session.

Documents needed for booking:

Please provide proof of income (you only qualify for Clinic Day if you provide proof that your income is R10 000 per month or lower). Proof of income can be a pay slip or a bank statement for the past 3 months. Proof needs to be sent before your session can be booked.

Payment:

Please note that payment is required before your session starts. Cash, EFT and card payments are accepted. Please make sure that payment is possible before your session to avoid disappointment.
