Vir die eerste keer in 22 jaar kan die Toyota US Woordfees nie die jaarlikse viering van die kunste onder die skaduryke eike en wingerdstokke van Stellenbosch aanbied nie. Juis omdat ons vanjaar ons bes doen om Suid-Afrikaners veilig te hou, bied ons van 1 tot 7 Oktober Woordfees TV op DStv kanaal 150 aan.

Maar ons mis julle in Stellenbosch en ons kunstenaars op TV kan jou applous nie hoor nie.

Want ons gehore en kunstenaars is die hart van ons fees.

Een manier om jou liefde en applous vir Woordfees te wys is om 'n kaartjie of twee te "koop" vir Woordfees.

Jy het nie 'n kaartjie nodig om na Woordfees TV op DStv 150 te kyk nie, maar jy kan jou liefde en waardering vir die kunste toon deur een te koop.

For the first time in 22 years, the Toyota SU Woordfees is unable to hold its annual celebration of all things Arts amongst the shady oaks and vines of Stellenbosch. This year, as we all do our best to keep South Africans safe, we are bringing Woordfees TV to DStv Channel 150 from 1-7 October.

But we miss seeing you in Stellenbosch and our artists can't hear your applause on TV. 

And our audiences and artists are the heart of our festival.

You can show your appreciation and applause by donating a ticket or two to Woordfees .

You don’t need a ticket to watch Woordfees TV on DStv 150, but your ticket will help us hold the festival next year.

We are holding thumbs that we will see each other in Stellenbosch next year!
