Are you struggling to connect with your teen? Do you feel shut out of their world or find you are in constant teen wars with them?
Our teens are trying to establish their identity and in doing so seem to push back and give us what seems like a tough time. They have also faced so much in the last 18 months and it's important to keep the communication and connection open.
In this coaching coffee date, we will chat about connection, communication, and some tools on how to navigate the teen years.
