This 75-minute session includes guided meditation, breathwork, intention setting and sound journey with crystal singing bowls and a few other beautiful instruments.  

Bring along anything to make your space sacred i.e. flowers, crystals, pictures, candles as well as anything to make you feel incredibly comfy such as blankets, pillows, eye masks etc.
