ABOUT
A whole different world of unmanned, vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) aircraft is to be discovered on this tour of one of Knysna's most unique internationally acclaimed businesses. During this interactive Behind-the-Scenes tour you will see the engineers at work in the manufacturing facility, showcasing how certain things are done, and why they do what they do.
You will be allowed exclusive access into the production area where all aircraft are built, components are machined and aircraft get packed before shipping. A unique opportunity to see the different machining and ways of creating new components, which will include CNC machining, 3D printing, and much more. It gets even better, as the entire fleet of unmanned aircraft will be on display – a unique chance to get up close and in person with these 'super drones'. (Please note this will not include seeing the aircraft fly).
The tour will include a competition to win a flight in a (manned) bush plane to see Knysna from above.
