ABOUT
Let's get fit for a cause with Girls With Wiings, Groote Schuur High School and #Fit4Wiings.
Get ready to sweat it out, compete and have fun at our sports day, all while supporting a great cause!
This fun and social event is open to everyone and suitable for ALL fitness levels and experience.
The event will consist of four activities spread out across the day:
- Bootcamp suitable for ALL fitness levels at 08:00, R100 per participant
- 7 aside soccer tournament at 09:30, R1000 per team entry (Maximum of 10 players per team)
- Netball tournament at 11:00, R1000 per team entry (Maximum of 10 players)
- 30 seconds board game tournament at 13:00, R500 per team (team of 5)

You can expect amazing prizes and giveaways to be won on the day.
Our MC’s for the event are KFM breakfast show presenters: Sherlin and Sibs.
Each entry fee goes towards the purchase of one toiletry bag for homeless and underprivileged women. Each toiletry bag includes sanitary products, a face cloth, underwear and soap.
Refreshments will be on sale and all Covid 19 protocol will be fully observed.
