It's time to transform your family's mental & physical health

Food and families have always been inseparable. Over the years we have become less connected with each other and even more separated over food and health. This workshop series aims to address exactly these issues. Refreshments and snacks included with your ticket price.


Session 1: Sunday 23 May - 09h00-12h00

Fiercly Feminine (for women and moms)

Many women struggle with balancing relationships, parenting and work. In this workshop, we're going to show you how to get a grip and get along without losing your sense of humour. 

How to create a supportive, connected environment at home. 

Coping with common health challenges women face at all life stages.

Myth-busting and mental resets when it comes to diets and weight. 

Setting boundaries and prioritising yourself!

Managing anxiety and stress psychologically and physically.

Real Relationships (for couples)

Are you showing up as the best version of yourself in your relationship? Are you allowing a lack of time and energy to create a big disconnect in your marriage? 

Allowing life and work stresses to impact your home can derail your health and fulfilment intentions and create unnecessary strain. It's time to align. 

What a win-win relationship looks like

Supporting each other's health goals.

Understanding Menopause & Andropause (this can start in your late 30s!]

Learning about courageous communication.

Creating a framework of support.

Powerful parenting and family stability.



Session 3: Sun 6 JUNE - 09h00-12h00

Teenage Takeover (13 - 18)

Getting our kids to understand the importance of looking after their nutritional and emotional health is one of the most challenging aspects of being a parent. In this session (for kids only), we will show your teens how to:

Take ownership of their own health journeys.

Manage body image issues.

Create healthy habits and behaviours. 

Understand the impact hormones play.

Build powerful bodies for sports.

Set goals and create resilience.

Communicate openly and honestly.

Be a team player in the family dynamic.
