I am Women – Reclaiming the Goddess Within
As our lives have been turned upside down almost over night and tracksuit pants and messy buns have become the new norm, its left many of us feeling unconfident, unsexy and disconnected from our inner Goddesses.
If this is you, make sure to join us for our upcoming I am Women Series comprising of 4 workshops that will help you let that inner Vixen out!
Each 90 minute workshop consists of a 45 minute Choreographed Routine Class followed by a 45 minute talk shop.

Workshop 1: 3rd March @ 6.00 pm
Heels On, Hair Down
In our first workshop of the series we’ll learn a fun and flirty Heels dance routine as well as a a comprehensive tips and tricks on posing for the camera.
Workshop 2: 10th March @ 6.00 pm
Chair and What to wear
In this workshop we’ll explore the art of chair dancing with a sexy routine you can take home with you. We’ll also look at what to wear during a home performance.
Workshop 3: 17th March @ 6.00 pm
Floor Play and Fore Play
In our third workshop we’ll learn a sizzling floor-based routine that is sure to add back the sizzle that lockdown has dampened. Daleen from Pure Plesier will discuss how to get the romance and intimacy back into our relationships as well as answer any questions you may have on how to get those sparks flying again.

Yoga & Yoni
Enjoy a final re energizing workshop with a full moon yoga sequence followed by a talk shop on caring and embracing your Yoni.
