COVID 19 has forced us to look inwards, to source and celebrate what is local and what is South African. Join us on First Thursday where we will be celebrating South African inspired food, South African flavours and most importantly South African wine.

Starter
Three bean salad
Butter bean puree, grilled green beans, broad beans, preserved lemon dressing, crispy chorizo and chorizo oil.
Mains
Stew and dumplings
Braised beef, dumplings, roasted root vegetable, grilled gem lettuce.
Pre-dessert
A take on trifle
Lemon sponge cake, raspberry jam, vanilla mousse.
Dessert
Maize cake with xigugu cremeux, candied peanuts and amarula ice cream
