ABOUT

A workshop that uncovers the reality of Human Trafficking and how we can keep the teens of SA safe - focusing on self-awareness and physical elements that can be used as a part of practical self-defence. 

We will also unpack basic rape defence techniques as well as aspects of defence against physical abuse as we encourage our youth to push back against gender-based violence.  

Teen safety, in general, is a popular topic - the do's and do not's of navigating life as a young adult in South Africa.
