#GiveHerACrown is a female empowerment platform that uses the power of storytelling and the arts to make a difference in the fight against gender inequality. We believe in the power of storytelling & the arts to heal, connect, inspire & empower. 

We do this through the power of storytelling and the arts. The platform officially launched in August 2020, by telling the stories of all women; the survivors, the activists, the pioneers, and the next generation.

In 2023, we bring the philosophy of “celebrating exquisite details” through 6 bespoke pieces of art. We want to tell a story that inspires women across South Africa to embrace their differences by understanding that each element of their make-up is unique – and it’s all in the detail. Through the power of storytelling and the arts we encourage women across South Africa to not only see their exquisite details, but to also celebrate it.

This year's funds raised will be going towards the #CrownBursaryFund. This bursary will empower females creatives to further their education.
