Picnic and Sundowners with Carols and Covers
Please join us on the lawns of Idiom Resturant at 6pm on the 10th December for our Annual Charitable Trust fund raising evening.
We have an amazing picnic and music evening planned on the lawn of the the idyllic Idiom Wines Resturant https://idiom.co.za/restaurant
Guests are welcome to bring their own picnic baskets and blankets and settle down on the Idiom lawns for an evening of Carols and Covers (so expect to sing along ). Idiom will have Pizza for sale as back up for those who forget their baskets. Idiom have also generously waived their venue hire as a contribution to our fundraising efforts so please support their cash bar.
We are fortunate that the incredibly talented Wholehearted band have gifted their time for the evening to support the worthy causes we as a Trust have planned for next year, https://wholehearted.co.za
We will be raising funds in four ways and rest assured every cent you commit on the evening will go directly to the disempowered, the vulnerable and the elderly, as well as education and animal welfare in Sir Lowry’s Pass.
1) Tickets will be sold at R150 for adults and R100 for children. Given COVID protocols, limited to 150 people. BOOK early as we are sure to be sold out soon.
2) Every ticket purchaser will be encouraged make an additional once off donation of an amount of their choosing after booking.
3) For those who would prefer to make monthly contribution we will be sending round pledge forms to enable a monthly contribution to the Trust.
4) We will have a fun raffle on the evening for those in attendance

A Cash bar will available.
The band will start playing at 6:30pm with 2 x 45 minute sessions with a 20 min break when a few short speeches will happen.
