WHY ATTEND THIS EVENT?

The world we live in is a complex place. Young people have more information hurtling toward them than any previous generation before them, they have more decisions to make, and more options to choose from. As parents, the things you did to get to this point won’t be the traits needed to be successful in the future.

It’s with this in mind that Mark Sham would like to share some of the best lessons he's curated over time for both parents and their kids. As an entrepreneur that deals with young and old, he genuinely does believe that he can offer career advice from the other side. The goal of this talk is to help young people understand what to do with their lives, help them to learn how to be happy, and also help parents to understand the new rules that young people are operating under at the moment, that they didn’t have to deal with when they were growing up.

In his own words, Mark says: "As a teen, I had no clue what I wanted to do with my life and then I got kicked out of school. This unexpected turn pushed me into the world of entrepreneurship, and I have learned many lessons along the way that I wish was taught me to when I was young. These days, I make a living out of helping people become better versions of themselves, and I hope that you will join me as I try do the same for both you and your children!"
