HIKING TRAIL: Constantia Nek to Kirstenbosch Trail

ABOUT

This is a moderate 6km hike which includes the sights of the lush Newlands Forest and views of Kirstenbosch Gardens as far as the Cape Flats. This area is well-known for the fynbos, which is the vegetation unique to South Africa,

The pick-up point is outside the Rockwell Hotel on Prestwich Street.
