Online Sports Quiz Battle with John Smit

Prepare for non-stop fun in the Online Sports Quiz Battle - powered by Rayder Media and co-hosted by former Springbok captain John Smit.

All proceeds of the event will go towards the hefty medical costs incurred by John's friend and massive sports fan Mark Rosenthal, who is battling two forms of cancer.

For the past 15 years, Mark has been fighting Multiple Myeloma (bone marrow cancer). Unfortunately, in November 2019, he was also diagnosed with Colorectal cancer, which recently metastasized to his liver (stage 4). He now fights both cancers, on two extremely expensive chemotherapy medications, which are not fully covered by medical aid.

Your participation and possible donation will go a long way towards easing the financial burden incurred by Mark and his family.

The night will be hosted by renowned broadcasters Derek Alberts and Tyron Barnard, with special guest John adding his impressive sporting pedigree as well as a rugby tale or two. It's an unmissable night for sports lovers.
