ABOUT

The Unicorn Fire Festival is a journey of gentle self discovery that will reconnect you with the fire inside your soul. At the end of the day, on Halloween 2020, you will have the chance to break through your own limitations and WALK ON FIRE, and after that celebrate with your new Fire Tribe by dancing through the night to tribal music on silent disco headphones.

We will start the day on Saturday at 9 am with a silent meditation in the temple next to the beautiful Hennops River, this will connect you to nature and help still your mind. After that we will move into a gentle yoga set which focusses on breathing and gentle movement.

Around 11 am we will start a guided breath work called the Ananda Mandala, this is a very powerful chakra clearing method also referred to as 'Kundalini Meditation'. This practice will take you on a journey inside yourself and can lead to a state of happiness or bliss, some call it 'a holiday within yourself. The Ananda Mandala will lead us straight into a 50 minute sound journey of energising and soothing Tribal Shamanic music.

In the afternoon we will enjoy a healthy fruit lunch and there will be free time to connect, visit the vendor stall with crystals, throws, herbs, smudge stick and more. If you are interested you can visit our healing tent where our Reiki and Reflexology team will have joint reiki and reflexology sessions. The combination of Reiki and Reflexology is extremely powerful and healing.

There will be a sweat lodge in the late afternoon. The sweat is specifically built for this event and it is performed in the Native American tradition. During the sweat lodge you will be reborn within yourself and deeply connect with the elements, especially the Fire.

In the early evening we will build the fire and connect around the fire and tell stories. We will also take some time to identity our 'why' for walking on fire, and finally, we will all have the opportunity to walk on the fire and experience the absolute euphoria and freedom of this accomplishment.

After the Fire Walk we will have a hearty vegan dinner and meet around the fire for a silent disco through the night. Our amazing lineup of DJ's will keep you celebrating until the early hours.

In the morning we will enjoy some coffee and rusks together and start getting ready to reintegrate into the real world.

The tickets are limited to 40 because the temple can only take 40 people, so please book early.

Accommodation options:

Bunker bed in double room - R 200 per person sharing or R 400 for the room (The accommodation is comfortable and clean and very basic)

Camping - R 100 per tent (Please bring your own camping gear)
