Hugo Lambrechts 23rd Annual Concerto Festival

ABOUT

The Hugo Lambrechts Music Centre Concerto Festival features eight young soloists accompanied by the Hugo Lambrechts Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Liam Burden. Soloists include two young saxophonists, Kian Goliath and James Cilliers, learners at the Hugo Lambrechts Music Centre in Parow, as well as two young sisters from Durbanville, Janine (flute) and Helga (viola) Venter, and the visually impaired singer Ying-Shan Tseng from Worcester. The programme includes compositions by JC Bach, Mozart, Quantz, Arditi, Milhaud and Kabalevsky.
