The team behind the beloved MELTING POT, Slow cooking legend Bertus Fourie of ASADOR and cult favourite BAO DOWN will be slinging their signature dishes.
The 2020 wine producer’s list is once again an unrivalled experience in minimal intervention, small batch wines.
30 winemakers will offer tastings that represent a renegade approach to wine-making, true reflections of terroir and it’s translation into wine.
