Science proves Breath is key to thriving in life.


The average person breathes using less than 20% of lung capacity and with intentional breathing practice we can heal ourselves and enhance performance in my areas of life.


Breath Coach, Aumji Kistan with 20 years of background, will be guiding us through his unique sequence of conscious breathing techniques.


The program includes practices to:

• reduce stress and anxiety levels

• boost immune system and willpower

• improve personal and professional relationships

• improve concentration & mental well-being

• enhance confidence & clarity

• amplify creativity

• process emotions, heal emotional pain and trauma

• overcome addictions

• increase joy and happiness

• improve sleep


This workshop also helps to improve a wide range of issues including:

• anger issues

• anxiety

• chronic pain

• depression

• emotional effects of illness

• trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

• grief


This is PART 1 of two parts as there is too many amazing techniques to share on one day. This way you have more time and opportunity to acquaint with the practices. Part 2 will happen a month later and is independent so are able to just do one of them if the dates do not line up for you.
