Once we have all the information our team will process your application and provide you with the outcome within 2-3 days.
STEP 3
Receive your Stay to Own Affordability certificate and we will set up a meeting for you to view the apartments that you can buy on Stay to Own.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
R850.00 for an individual and R950.00 for a couple.
HOW DO I PAY?
You can pay it online through Quicket - Go to the payment option, select a ticket - single or couple and to the payment.
