Tranquility Rescue Centre

Tranquility Rescue Centre is a small registered NPO in Glen Austin and we cater for the needs of all domesticated animals, from rats, birds, rabbits, dogs and cats to donkeys, sheep, goats, horses and anything else that comes into our path.

With the recent pandemic, the Government has halted all animal grants and we are on the brink of closing down but this doesn’t bode well for the animals in our care – all rescue organisations are buckling under the strain. We need to have a monthly income to keep the animals fed, to keep our vet bills to a manageable amount and to keep on helping where we can.

As we are a registered NPO, we can issue Section 18A tax certificates for any donations made to us, and this is 100% tax deductible. Who would you or your organisation rather pay to, an animal rescue organisation or the Taxman? 

Would you be prepared to help us with a set monthly amount, no matter how small (or big), - bearing in mind that any donation helps towards our huge expenses every month, will help to keep us going and you will be able to deduct this amount annually from your tax obligations? Every little bit helps and we would really appreciate any bit of help. We do understand that times are tough right now, but as times get tougher, so the pressure on us increases due to animal abandonment and neglect, someone has to pick up the slack but we cannot do it alone.
