Our second Learn Live session follows effortlessly on from the first event. Today, we shall be learning how to taste and appreciate a Red Wine. The approach is similar to that for a White Wine but, as Dr Peter will show you, the emphasis differs. I will help you to understand what to see, smell and taste from the Appearance, Nose and Palate of the wine and then to interpret what you discover. You do not need any prior knowledge - or you may already be a wine expert - as these basic skills and knowledge are for all.
