ABOUT

An Easter Concert featuring the Laudate Choir, the Hoërskool Nelspruit Choir and the Sempre Vino Ensemble. Soloists include Janette Rottcher (piano), Deirdre Blignaut-Rautenbach (soprano), Tobias Kruger (piano), Reon Pienaar (clarinet), Walter Fourie (tenor), Gugu Mahlalela (Soprano), Henry-John Williams (Baritone) and Vusi Manana (Tenor).

The concert will feature choral works such as Nader my God by U (arr. E. Kruger), Nothin' gonna stumble my feet, Neem my in U beskerming and several more. Light classical works include Shepherd on the rock by Schubert for soprano and clarinet and the gorgeous The Lark arranged by Balakirev for piano from the original Glinka song. The concert will conclude with the popular cantata, How Great Thou Art, by Clydesdale.
